Can you tell me the cost over the phone?

Not honestly, no. Two leaks that look identical from the ceiling can be a twenty-minute tile swap or a full chimney flashing. We would rather look at it and give you a real figure.

That is normal. Flashings, valleys and mortar joints are the usual culprits and none of them are visible from the pavement. It takes getting up there to see.

Will a repair be enough, or am I going to need a new roof?

It depends on whether the roof is failing in one place or everywhere. Isolated faults are worth repairing. Widespread nail failure or battens that have gone soft across the whole roof is when a re-roof becomes the sensible spend, and we will show you why.

How quickly can you come out?
